Elisabeth Jordan is a dedicated advocate and the driving force behind The Human Impact, a non-profit organization committed to addressing loneliness and social isolation within the homeless community. There are many programs, services, and shelters to help the homeless. But Jordan noticed that often, a deeper need goes unaddressed—the need for relationship. With a passion for social justice, she has worked tirelessly to create positive change in her community by building relationships and combatting the loneliness that often comes with homelessness through the formation of healing, long-term friendships.
